These Terms and Conditions govern your use of TLP Radar, a compliance monitoring service provided by The Letting Partnership Ltd (Company No. 4906228, VAT No. 903086152), registered at Second Floor, 3 Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1TF.
By purchasing a TLP Radar subscription you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to business customers only.
TLP Radar provides an annual website compliance audit and renewal tracking service for letting agents operating in England and Wales.
The service includes:
The audit is carried out based on information available at the time of review and information provided by you. It is not a legal opinion and should not be relied upon as such.
We aim to deliver your compliance report within 1 working day of payment being received.
TLP Radar operates on an annual subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each year on the anniversary of your original payment date unless cancelled in accordance with clause 4.
The current subscription fee is £78 + VAT (£93.60 inc. VAT) per year. We reserve the right to amend our pricing and will give you no less than 30 days' written notice of any price change before your renewal date.
Payment is taken annually in advance by credit or debit card via our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing you authorise The Letting Partnership to charge your card automatically at each annual renewal.
A VAT receipt will be issued by email upon each successful payment.
If payment fails at renewal we will notify you by email. If payment is not received within 14 days of the renewal date your subscription will lapse and no report will be issued for that year.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing audits@thelettingpartnership.co.uk with your agency name and a request to cancel.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription year, cancellation requests must be received no less than 14 days before your renewal date.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. As the service fee is charged annually in advance, no partial refund will be issued for any remaining period of the current subscription year.
You will continue to have the benefit of the service until the end of your current subscription year.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time. In the event that we cancel your subscription other than for breach of these terms, we will refund a pro-rata amount for the unused portion of your subscription year.
All payments are non-refundable once the subscription year has commenced, except as set out in clause 4.5.
As TLP Radar is sold exclusively to businesses (letting agents), the 14-day consumer cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply.
You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide to us is accurate and up to date.
You must notify us of any changes to your renewal dates, provider details, compliance registrations, or website content within a reasonable time of those changes occurring.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in your report arising from information that was incorrect, withheld, or not provided to us.
TLP Radar is a monitoring and reporting service. Responsibility for maintaining compliance with all applicable legislation remains solely with you.
Our report reflects your compliance position at the point of review only and is not a continuous or real-time assessment.
We accept no liability for any regulatory penalties, fines, losses, or damages arising from your reliance on the report, from non-compliance with applicable legislation, or from changes to your compliance position after the review date.
Our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to amend the scope of the TLP Radar service at any time. Where changes are material we will give you no less than 30 days' written notice.
Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver your compliance report within 1 working day of payment being received.
In circumstances where we are unable to complete your report — including but not limited to where your website is inaccessible, where you have not provided information reasonably requested by us, or where technical circumstances beyond our control prevent delivery — we will notify you by email and endeavour to resolve the issue within 5 working days.
Where delivery is delayed due to circumstances within our control, and we are unable to deliver the report within 30 days of payment, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee for that year.
Where delivery is delayed or prevented due to circumstances outside our control, or due to your failure to provide accurate information or to respond to reasonable requests, no refund will be due.
In order to provide the TLP Radar service we will collect and process personal data relating to you and your agency, including your name, email address, agency name, website URL, and payment details.
All personal data is collected, processed, and held in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Payment card data is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored by The Letting Partnership. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
